Skill Book Finding Tip
1 of 3: A bit south of the vault door is a toolbox and a holotape. Look down from the edge of the walkway near them to see a skeleton next to a bag on two big pipes.
2 of 3: Drop down there and raid the bag to get an Energy Weapons skill book.
3 of 3: Go east along the pipe that's nearest the walkway until you get to where you can jump back up onto the walkway.
