It also has the following disadvantage: 33.3% higher Strength requirement.
2 of 3: It's in the area called The Courier's Mile, which is enterable after you finish the "The Launch" quest.
3 of 3: After you enter the area, move forward until you reach a lamp post, then look near its base for the knife.
