Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Old Glory
1 of 4: This unique pool cue has the following advantages over regular pool cues: 200% more damage, 433.3% more critical damage, 1500% higher critical chance multiplier, 400% more health, 30% greater reach, 18.5% fewer action points required, 150% higher base V.A.T.S. to-hit chance. It also has the following disadvantages: 700% heavier, 250% higher Strength requirement, 5000% higher skill requirement.
2 of 4: You can get it from Ulysses' body after killing him on the "The Courier" quest, or you can wait and get it from the reward footlocker after finishing all of the quests.
3 of 4: NOTE: Even though it's a derivative of the extremely weak pool cues, Old Glory is now the best melee weapon in the game for sneak attacks, out-damaging even Old World Blues' protonic inversal axes by a considerable amount. However, those axes are quite a bit better for non-sneak attacks.
4 of 4: NOTE: You can actually get two Old Glories if you kill and loot Ulysses, then loot the reward footlocker later.
