Scorched Sierra Power Armor
1 of 4: This unique power armor has the following properties: damage threshold +24, Strength +1, fire resistance +25, restores 2 points of health per second.
2 of 4: You can't get this armor unless you choose to nuke the NCR near the end of the quests.
3 of 4: If you do that, you can find the armor in the new Long 15 area that's past the wasteland's Mojave Outpost.
4 of 4: It's being worn by Colonel Royez, who's near the SE corner of the area.
