Advanced Riot Gear
1 of 8: This unique medium armor has the following properties: damage threshold +21, Endurance +1, Explosives +10.
2 of 8: It's on a dead sniper named "NCR Riot Control" at the Crow's Nest location.
3 of 8: After you get the "The Launch" quest, work on its first objective until you kill two marked men near an undetonated warhead.
4 of 8: Look to the left of the warhead for a flaming barrel next to a board ramp.
5 of 8: Go up the board ramp and turn right, then go up the steep steel beam until you can go through a hole on your left.
6 of 8: Move over to the second large chunk of concrete, then move up it until you can drop down near a metal barrel.
7 of 8: Move around near the barrel until the satchel charge ahead explodes, then go past the charge to enter the Crow's Nest.
8 of 8: Turn right to find the riot control guy with the Advanced Riot Gear on him.
