1 of 3: As soon as Dean goes down, run back down the stairs and turn left.
2 of 3: Go through the backstage door (you'll already have the key for it) and run for the theater exit.
3 of 3: If you make it back to the lobby in time, your collar won't explode, and you can go right back in and finish looting the place if you want to.
