Is there a way to get past that gate without lockpicking it?
1 of 3: Look on the left side of the HQ building for a fence hole.
2 of 3: Follow the side of the building along until you reach the other side of the locked gate, watching for marked men to fight along the way.
3 of 3: Instead of using the fence hole, you could use the car "ramps" near it to get on the roof, then go over to where you can drop down past the locked gate.
