What's the best way to deal with this rocket-launching guy?
1 of 4: Go around to the right side of the wrecked red fire truck and drop carefully down to the ground.
2 of 4: Immediately run straight forward to get to a spot next to the sniper's building that's directly underneath a large stick-out vent thing.
3 of 4: He'll fire a few rockets, which should hit his perch or the vent thing instead of making it down to you. After he does, wait for ED-E to go after him.
4 of 4: If ED-E can't take him down, use the nearby rubble pile to get up to the building's second floor and help out. Hopefully, the sniper will have switched to another weapon by then. (If not, he will when you get close to him.)
