Use the Laser Detonator on the warhead.
1 of 3: After all the marked men who run into the area are dead, go back down the rubble to the street.
2 of 3: Look to the left (south) to see a large warhead in the back of a truck.
3 of 3: Equip the laser detonator, then stay way back and fire it continuously at the warhead until it explodes.
