Get to Dean Domino at his hideout in the Residential District.
1 of 5: TIP: Do the "Find Collar 8: 'Dog'" quest before this one so you can have God with you. His follower perk will help immensely in this trap-laden area.
2 of 5: After entering the Residential District, sneak-walk carefully forward to where you can disarm and take the frag mine that's set at the base of the stairs.
3 of 5: Look around the ground-floor area for a bit of loot, then locate the locked gate that's SE of the stairs.
4 of 5: There are two different routes to Dean's hideout. The shorter way requires you to pick the lock on the gate. If you can't do it, you'll have to take the longer way.
