1 of 3: This unique .45 auto pistol has the following advantages over regular .45 auto pistols: 13.8% more damage, 13.8% more critical damage, 100% higher critical chance multiplier, 66.7% more health, 11.8% fewer action points required, 20% lighter. It also has the following disadvantage: 6.7% lower base V.A.T.S. to-hit chance, 14.3% smaller clip size, 200% higher skill requirement.
2 of 3: You'll be able to get it from a footlocker when the "Departing Paradise" main quest starts.
3 of 3: NOTE: You could get it earlier by killing Joshua Graham, but doing so will break the chain of main quests, forcing you to do the alternative quest "Chaos in Zion."
