Compliance Regulator

  • 1 of 8: This unique laser pistol has the following advantage over regular laser pistols: causes paralysis for 10 seconds on critical strikes (including sneak-attack criticals). It also has the following disadvantage: 33% less damage.
  • 2 of 8: It's in the Fallen Rock Cave (location 17 on the Zion Canyon Map).
  • 3 of 8: NOTE: This is one of the caves where you can get random skill books. See the New Skill Books info for more details.
  • 4 of 8: After entering the cave, move forward and disarm the tripwire that's across the entrance to the first cave room.
  • 5 of 8: Watch for frag mines set near the east end of that cave room and in the passage that leads east from it.
  • 6 of 8: Turn right at the path split, then disarm the tripwire that's across the next cave room's entrance. Look past it for two frag mines, one of which is next to a fire extinguisher.
  • 7 of 8: At the next path split, turn left and go down the slope, watching for a tripwire across the entrance to the next cave room, plus a frag mine hiding behind a teddy bear.
  • 8 of 8: Look near the NW corner of the room to find the Compliance Regulator on the ground next to a small wooden crate with some energy cells in it.
