1 of 2: This unique headgear has the following properties: damage threshold +4, Sneak +5, +2% critical chance.
2 of 2: You'll be able to get it from a footlocker when the "Departing Paradise" main quest starts (or right before that if you fight Salt-Upon-Wounds and loot him).
