1 of 3: Go back to the Sorrows Camp if you're not there to get Waking Cloud to talk to you.
2 of 3: You can decide whether to take her on as a follower or not. It's definitely best to, especially since Follows-Chalk isn't a follower anymore.
3 of 3: NOTE: Waking Cloud will give you the "Rite of Passage" optional quest at this point if you didn't get it earlier by asking about her bear glove.
