Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Optional: Wipe out the White Leg encampments at Bighorn Bluff.
1 of 6: Turn right at the path split and sneak-run your way along the path to reach Ranger Substation Eagle.
2 of 6: Climb the stairs to the station's top floor, then go up to the south rail and get out your most accurate long-range weapon (preferably a scoped one).
3 of 6: Use it to snipe down at the White Legs guys in the camp. If you don't have a good scoped rifle, shoot at them until you hit them a couple of times to get them to come after you. You should have plenty of chances to shoot them before they reach you, especially since Waking Cloud will run to meet them.
4 of 6: Head down to the camp to discover Bighorn Bluff, then go east from the camp's war totem and under a stone arch.
5 of 6: Go SE until you get near another big stone arch (the Red Gate), then look south to see the other White Legs camp.
6 of 6: Get out your scoped weapon (or whatever) and sneak over to where you've got a good shot at them.
