Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Release the Sorrow prisoners at Ranger Substation Osprey.
1 of 5: Since you can't fast-travel, head south down the river until you reach the Cueva Guarache cave entrance.
2 of 5: Go SW from the cave entrance until you can turn NW, then get on the path that leads past the Zion Ranger Station.
3 of 5: After you go under the large stone archway, crouch down and sneak forward with your best sniping weapon out.
4 of 5: Use it to snipe down all of the White Legs at the station, then try to open the cell door at its base. If your Lockpick skill is less than 75, you'll need to do the "Find the key to the cell door" objective.
5 of 5: However you open the cell door, go through it to free the prisoners, then check the crates for supplies.
