Deal with Salt-Upon-Wounds.
1 of 5: After getting this objective, you won't have far to go before you can see another combat happening in the distance.
2 of 5: Standing near that combat and facing your way is the White Legs leader, Salt-Upon-Wounds.
3 of 5: You could run over to him and talk to him briefly, but that's not a good idea unless your Speech skill is 75+ and you want to talk him into leaving peacefully.
4 of 5: If you want to fight him, shoot him in the head at extreme range with a sniper rifle or something like that, then keep sniping at him as he approaches.
5 of 5: He might decide to join in the combat that's happening near him instead of coming after you. If not, try to get him interested in attacking Joshua Graham instead of you.
