1 of 3: Find Daniel nearby and talk to him.
2 of 3: When he asks if you've done everything you can for the Sorrows, you can say no if you want more time to do things before ending the quest.
3 of 3: If you say yes without having done all of the optional quests, Daniel will be mad at you, but the exodus will still proceed.
