Tell Follows-Chalk your opinion of civilization.
1 of 3: Return to the Dead Horses Camp and tell Follows-Chalk that you talked to Joshua.
2 of 3: You can then choose whether to tell him the truth about what Joshua said or lie about it.
3 of 3: If you tell him the truth, you can then decide whether to advise him to stay with his tribe or not. (It doesn't really matter what you choose, since you finish the quest and get the same XP with all possible choices.)
