2 of 4: Ask him about Waking Cloud's family, then ask if he helped them leave Zion.
3 of 4: After he admits that her husband was killed fighting White Legs, you can say whether or not you think she should know.
4 of 4: If you say that you're not going to tell her, the quest will immediately end. Otherwise, you'll get the next objective.
