Pick the roots from 3 Sacred Datura plants.
1 of 3: The datura plants are the small ones with white flowers that can be found all over the canyon.
2 of 3: Check around in White Bird's cave to see if you can find any sacred datura roots.
3 of 3: If you're still short on roots, go find some more outside the cave. Note that three nearby plants are marked with quest arrows, but it might be easier to find some near other areas, like the bridges.
