Level-Up Perks
* Atomic! (Level 20, Endurance 6): This radiation-related perk has two different components. If you're currently being irradiated by something (even if it's only +1 rad/s), you'll get the following effects: Strength +2, DT +2, attack speed +25%, running speed +25%. If you're not currently being irradiated, your action points will regenerate faster depending on what your current radiation level is: 10% faster for 200 to 399 rads, 20% faster for 400 to 599 rads, 33% faster for 600 to 799 rads, and 50% faster for 800+ rads. (Note that you'll still suffer the usual penalties for having radiation sickness.)
* Mile in Their Shoes (Level 20, Survival 25): With this perk, using the Nightstalker Squeezin's aid items give a +1 to Perception, a +5 to Sneak, and a +5 to poison resistance in addition to the usual effects.
* Them's Good Eatin' (Level 20, Survival 55): With this perk, any living creature you kill has a 50% chance of having Thin Red Paste or Blood Sausage on them, both of which are powerful new healing items.
* Implant GRX (Level 30, Endurance 8): This perk gives you a renewable and non-addictive Turbo chem resource. They're called "Implant GRX" in the Aid section of your inventory. You'll get 5 of them per day, and each one will last for 2 seconds. If you take the second rank of this perk, you'll get 10 of them per day, and they'll last for 3 seconds. (Note that the duration will be longer if you have the Chemist and/or Day Tripper perks.)
