Speaker Shut-Off Tip
If you can hack the terminal in that room, you can use it to shut off all the nearby speakers. That isn't needed for completing this quest, but it'll be handy if you go exploring afterwards. (Note that there'll still be radios you'll need to shoot out or turn off.)
