Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Repair the electrical box to gain access to the rest of the Switching Station.
1 of 4: The electric box that needs fixing is on the wall to the left of the row of terminals. Activate it to find out what your options are.
2 of 4: If your Repair skill is 60+, you can repair it right away. Otherwise, you'll need to find parts to repair it with.
3 of 4: The parts you need are electric box fuses -- three of them.
4 of 4: After you get three or more fuses, drop down to the ground and return to the switching station so you can install the fuses in the electric box.
