Retrieve your brain from the Forbidden Zone.
1 of 3: Go up the stairs that lead to the center of the upper walkway to find the brain tank.
2 of 3: Wait a few seconds, then activate the tank so you can talk to your brain. (Pretty funky, huh?)
3 of 3: After you talk to it for a while, you'll be able to either convince it to rejoin you or not. It doesn't really matter which choice you make at this point, since you can proceed with the quest in any case.
