Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints

Ask Christine to take the elevator down into the Manual Override Chamber.

  • 1 of 4: Tell Christine that you need her to go down to the manual bypass room to learn that she doesn't want to for some reason.
  • 2 of 4: If you don't mind getting bad karma (and being forced to kill her later in the game), you can lie to her and say you'll press the up button. That'll get her to go into the elevator by herself, and you'll get the "Use the elevator controls to send Christine down into the Manual Override ..." objective.
  • 3 of 4: If you'd rather have good karma, agree to find another way. That gets you the "Gain access to the Remote Maintenance Terminal for Christine" objective.
  • 4 of 4: TIP: After the quest is over, you can shortcut your way back to Puesta del Sol North's streets by going up in the elevator, then going through the room's big wall hole. (If you didn't trick Christine by lying to her, that is. If you did, the elevator will be inaccessible.)
