Book Chute
1 of 4: This gadget is mainly used to create blank books, which are useful for making skill books at workbenches. (See the New Skill Books and New Crafting Recipes info.)
2 of 4: Tell it you have seditious material for it to process, then choose which type of items you want to give it.
3 of 4: At first, all you can do is give it books. When you choose that option, all pre-war books and burned/ruined/scorched/destroyed books will be taken from your inventory and converted into blank books.
4 of 4: After you get the book chute's upgrade holotape, it'll be able to turn pencils into lead and scrap metal, and all types of clipboards into duct tape and scrap metal.
