Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Turn on both Security Holograms to guard the courtyard below Dean.
1 of 6: Go through the door that's near the wires, then head down the stairs and turn right to find a desk with a Security Station terminal on it.
2 of 6: Use the terminal and choose to activate its hologram, then look out through the wall hole to see that a security hologram has indeed formed on the street below.
3 of 6: Go through the wall hole and turn left, moving along the narrow slanted roofing until you come to a small wooden balcony.
4 of 6: You need to get onto that balcony, but you can't just jump onto it directly -- you'll need to edge around onto it. After quicksaving in case you fall, move right up against it, then move to the right while still pushing forward. You may need to jump as you're rounding the corner to make it onto the balcony.
5 of 6: Past the balcony, continue moving along the narrow slanted roofing until you pass a door to the ruined cafe. Not far past that is a wall hole that you can go through.
6 of 6: In the room beyond is a terminal on a table. Use it to turn on the second security hologram and get the next objective.
