Where can I find Muggy's personality holotape?
1 of 6: Go around to the east side of the Think Tank's dome and kill off the lobotomites that are clustered near one of the satellite dishes.
2 of 6: Go directly east from there to discover the Hazmat Testing Ground, then go around to its east side to find the start of a path.
3 of 6: Follow the path along until you discover the Securitron De-Construction Plant. (Watch out for some lobotomites and maybe a cazador as you approach the plant.)
4 of 6: A short way SW of the plant's main entrance doors is a large truck.
5 of 6: Look in the back of the truck for Muggy's personality holotape. It's on the truck bed next to some filing cabinets.
