• * .308 Rifle Rounds => Villa Police Station: on the floor of the men's restroom along the north side of the area
  * .357 Magnum Rounds => Villa Police Station: on one of the metal shelves in the locked contraband room
  * Automatic Rifle -- Upgraded Internals => Puesta del Sol South: on the rooftop with the two sparking wires near the SE corner of the area
  * Bear Trap Fist -- Heavy Duty Springs => Salida del Sol South: on the ground at the north end of the switch room that's near the SW corner of the area
  * Buffout => Puesta del Sol South: on a counter in the building just SE of the ruined cafe's western entrance
  * Demolition Charge => Puesta del Sol Service Route: the entry on the terminal (see the note at the bottom) & Puesta del Sol South: on an endtable on the upper floor of a house near the SW corner of the area
  * Hologram Rifle -- Advanced Calibration => Puesta del Sol South: on the roof of a building a short way SW of the ruined cafe's western entrance (accessed via the cafe's southern upper-floor door)
  * Hologram Rifle -- Focusing Lense => Salida del Sol North: in the belltower at the north end of the area
  * Hologram Rifle -- Reinforced Components => Puesta del Sol Switching Station: on a console in the room with the elevator and Remote Maintenance Terminal
  * Med-X => Villa Clinic: an entry on the terminal in the central east-side office on the second floor
  * Mentats => Villa Clinic: on the wooden shelves in the southern-most east-side office on the second floor
  * RadAway => Salida del Sol North: on the floor next to a doorless fridge in a house near the SE corner of the area
  * Rad-X => Salida del Sol North: on the shelves next to the bed on the top floor of a house that's near the south end of the northern half of the area
  * Return Outfit Item => available randomly in many cash registers (some locked ones will always have it, as will the one in the hologram's gift shop in the Villa)
  * Scotch => Sierra Madre Casino: on a metal shelf in one of the two small rooms near the SE corner of the upper floor
  * Steady => Villa Police Station: on the coffee machine's table near the main entrance door
  * Stimpak => Villa Clinic: on the front counter near the main entry door
  * Super Stimpak => Salida del Sol North: in the belltower at the north end of the area
  * Vodka => Sierra Madre Casino: on the counter in the locked room near the SW corner of the upper floor
  * Weapon Repair Kit => Villa Police Station: on top of the filing cabinets at the end of the row of cells & Puesta del Sol Service Route: the entry on the terminal (see the note at the bottom)

  NOTE: The key to the Service Route area is on a desk in a room that can be gotten to by going through the big wall hole that's directly west of the door to the switching station in Puesta del Sol North. If you set up Christine at the terminal instead of tricking her into the elevator on the "Mixed Signals" quest, she'll unlock two of the Service Route's three doors for you. (You'll still need the key for the third door.)
