Toxic Cloud Area Tips
1 of 4: The first thing to do is notice the bear trap that's set near the start of the area. Run forward and disarm it, then go around the corner and quickly grab the cloud residue from the ground and the chips from the small fountain.
2 of 4: The doorway near the fountain has a grenade bouquet and tripwire just past it. Even though it'll take a few precious seconds, crouch down so you can approach the tripwire slowly and disarm it. (Or jump over it to get out of the cloud, then edge back toward it so you can disarm it without taking cloud damage.)
3 of 4: If your Explosive skill is 30+, edge over to where you can reach the grenade bouquet and disarm it while looking up. (Note that you may have to jump to reach it.)
4 of 4: Thoroughly check the two rooms past the door for supplies (including a Repair skill magazine on a shelf in the first room, plus a Science skill magazine on the floor to the left of it), then run back through the cloud to the square.
