Where can I find the Implant Y-3 upgrade?
1 of 3: Fast-travel to the Hazmat Testing Ground, then go a short way SE to discover the Z-9 Crotalus DNA Preservation Lab.
2 of 3: Enter the lab in Sneak mode to get the drop on a couple of nightstalkers, then open the door at the south end of the main tunnel.
3 of 3: Kill the nightstalker named Shadis, then look on the central table for the Implant Y-3 holotape.
