1 of 4: Fast-travel back to the Big MT West Tunnel, then follow the elevated train tracks along until you get close to one of this quest's markers.
2 of 4: Move toward the quest marker to find a fenced-in compound, then go up to its eastern gate to discover Little Yangtze.
3 of 4: Go up the stairs that lead to the nearby watchtower, then enter it.
4 of 4: You'll find the book chute's upgrade holotape leaning against the coffee machine that's on the back counter.
