Access the Cantina Madrid kitchen via the Emergency Door in the Casino.
1 of 3: Return to the casino through the lobby, then go upstairs to the bar.
2 of 3: Go up the stairs past the bar's back door to reach the emergency door that your new key will open.
3 of 3: After making a save, activate the door and choose to use the key on it to enter the kitchen and get the next objective.
