Get out of the kitchen before Dog's collar detonates -- and detonates ....
1 of 3: Quickly run around and repair any gas valves that you haven't fixed yet. (Note that they're marked on the local map with quest arrows.)
2 of 3: After you do that, loot Dog's body for the maintenance pass key, then run for the emergency door you came in through.
3 of 3: If you make it out through that door fast enough, the quest will end successfully. Otherwise, restore a save and try again. (Note that after you make it out, you can go back in without being in any danger.)
