1 of 3: This unique sniper rifle has the following advantages over regular sniper rifles: 6.7% more damage, 77.8% more critical damage, 100% more health, 13.2% fewer action points required, 20% larger clip size, 10% narrower spread, 43.8% lighter. It also has the following disadvantage: 6.3% lower base V.A.T.S. to-hit chance.

3 of 3: It's in the locked gun case inside the shack. There's no key, so your Lockpick skill will have to be 100 (with or without bonuses) to open it.
