It also has the following disadvantage: 104.5% more action points required.
2 of 5: It's in the Broc Flower Cave (location 27 on the Zone 4 Map).
3 of 5: After entering the cave, go right at the first path split and move along to a large cave room with some radioactive barrels in it.
4 of 5: Along its NE side is the start of an elevated path that leads to a room that's set up as a camp.
