Q-35 Matter Modulator
1 of 6: This unique plasma rifle has the following advantages over regular plasma rifles: 31.9% more critical damage, 233.3% more health, uses 50% less ammo per shot, 6.7% fewer action points required, 53.8% increase to max range, 33.3% lower Strength requirement, 12.5% lighter. It also has the following disadvantages: 14.9% less damage, 50% smaller clip size.
2 of 6: You'll find it in the REPCONN Headquarters building (location 32 on the Zone 2 Map).
3 of 6: After you enter the building, turn right to find a locked door that you need to get through.
4 of 6: Go through the room past that door to find a short hall with another locked door. You'll have to have a Lockpick or Science skill of 100 to get it open.
5 of 6: In the room past that door, you'll find the Q-35 Matter Modulator next to an empty robot storage device in the SE corner.
6 of 6: NOTE: The third floor security card will also unlock the nearby door, allowing you to shortcut your way back to the building's exit. If you didn't get that card, use the unlocked terminal next to the door.
