2 of 3: Work on the Main Quests until you get into the Lucky 38 Casino, then go up the stairs on the west side of the casino floor area to reach the V.I.P. Lounge.
3 of 3: Go behind the bar and look for the Golden Gloves on the top shelf to the left of the lounge sign.
