Caesar's Armor
1 of 2: This unique light armor has the following properties: damage threshold +5, Speech +5, Survival +5.
2 of 2: Caesar wears this armor all the time. The only way to get it is to kill him, which will turn the Caesar's Legion faction permanently hostile unless you do it while operating on him as part of the "Et Tumor, Brute?" main quest.
