Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Chinese Stealth Armor
1 of 6: This unique-ish light armor has the following properties: damage threshold +12, Sneak +5.
2 of 6: If you want this armor despite the fact that it has no stealth field capability, go look for it at Hoover Dam (location 45 on the Zone 2 Map).
3 of 6: Enter the dam's visitor center, then use the elevator that goes to the Power Plant 01 area.
4 of 6: Turn right and go through a doorway, then go through the door that leads to the offices area.
5 of 6: Go down to the end of the hall and turn right, then do that two more times to reach a door near a dead end.
6 of 6: Go through the door and turn left, then check the pile of crates for one that has two copies of the Chinese Stealth Armor in it. (Note that you can quickly unique-ify it by using one suit to repair the other.)
