President Kimball's Suit
1 of 3: This unique suit has the following property: Speech +5.
2 of 3: The NCR president is wearing it, and is only in the game while giving a speech near the end of the Main Quests.
3 of 3: Even if you allied with Caesar's Legion and assassinate Kimball, it's not worth the trouble to get his suit, since there are plenty of commonly available suits that have the exact same property.
