(OPTIONAL) Bring Ted to the Members Only section to expose Mortimer ....
1 of 5: After quicksaving, lead Ted out of Philippe's kitchen and down to the SW end of the area.
2 of 5: WARNING: If you catch up to the head waiter, he'll turn hostile because Ted is with you. You might want to wait an hour before leading Ted out of the freezer room just in case.
3 of 5: Crouch down right before going through the door to the White Glove Members Only Section, and stop just past it.
4 of 5: Wait and listen for Mortimer's speech to end, then stand up and run quickly over to Mortimer, who's standing next to a pedestal that's ahead of you and over to the right. (If you don't talk to Mortimer fast enough after you're seen, everyone will turn hostile and attack you.)
5 of 5: While talking to Mortimer, choose all the non-attack dialogue options to disgrace him in front of everyone and force him to flee.
