How can I get this quest?
1 of 5: Start by making the journey to Hidden Valley (location 10 on the Zone 3 Map).
2 of 5: Exploring around the area, you'll find four different bunker entrances.
3 of 5: The western one is the one you want. Enter it and go down the stairs.
4 of 5: Go through one door, then go up to the next one. It may or may not be a big problem to open, depending on the circumstances.
5 of 5: Use the next door to enter the Hidden Valley Bunker L1 area, then go down the stairs and tell Paladin Ramos to lead the way to his elder. (Note that if Veronica is with you, you'll have to find your own way to the elder in the L2 area, and you won't have to do the objectives dealing with the NCR ranger.)
