1 of 3: Go back into the western bunker and down to the locked door.
2 of 3: Use the intercom to the right of it to get the door opened, then go past it to find the door to level 1 of the Brotherhood bunker area.
3 of 3: Go down the stairs to meet up with Elder McNamara, then tell him about what happened to the ranger.
