Where's the access card?
1 of 4: It's in one of the tool cabinets that's against the NW wall.
2 of 4: Naturally, it's in the only cabinet that's locked. You'll need a Lockpick skill of 50+ to open it and get the access card.
3 of 4: Or you can find the cabinet's key in the building's southern room.
4 of 4: It's in the bony hand of the skeleton that's on the floor next to a ruined couch.
