Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Search the vaults in the region for several HEPA cartridge filters.
1 of 6: This component can be found in Vault 22 (location 10 on the Zone 1 Map).
2 of 6: After using the vault's overgrown entrance to get in, go through a door and down some stairs to find an elevator.
3 of 6: If your Repair skill is 50+, you can repair the elevator and use it to quickly get to the other levels of the vault. Otherwise, you'll have to run up and down the nearby staircases and use area transition doors.
4 of 6: The situation here is that the items you're after are in a room on the Oxygen Recycling level that you can't reach directly. You'll have to go through the cave tunnels on the Food Production level, and how you get to those tunnels will depend on whether or not you can repair the elevator.
