Special Cannibal Perk
To get this perk, get the Cannibal level-up perk, then kill and eat Caesar, Mr. House, the King, and President Kimball. Note that you'll have to finish most of the main quests before you can get Kimball, which means you can't get this perk until near the end of the game.
* Meat of Champions: This perks gives you Strength +1, Charisma +1, Intelligence +1, and Luck +1 for 60 seconds after eating a corpse.
