Return to Elder McNamara with the news that the air filtration system ....
1 of 2: You could report success to McNamara to finish the quest, getting some Brotherhood of Steel fame and a safehouse key, or you could instead finish the Helping Hardin Take Over Objectives.
2 of 2: If you help Hardin, you'll get a bit less Brotherhood of Steel fame, and you'll have to leave the bunker and wait for at least three days before returning and getting the safehouse key from the newly-crowned Elder Hardin.
