Are there any other ways to get these two frag grenades?
1 of 2: Use Grab mode to drag the shopping cart over next to the shelves so you can jump up and down on it to get the grenades.
2 of 2: You can also use Grab mode to pick up the old fire extinguisher that's on a shelf near the Nuka-Cola vending machine. Carry it over and carefully set it down so that it'll stay on the shelf below the grenades' container in a spot next to the toolbox. Back up to a safe distance and shoot the extinguisher to make it explode, then look around for the grenades, which were probably both thrown out of their container.
